Everything was outstanding. Food, service, location everything deserves a super star. The Villa's are massive and with a private jacuzzi pool you wouldn't feel like going out anywhere. Also the beach is right in front of you, or probably can walk to it in 2min. The small electric buggy's are also right outside your door for moving you around anywhere inside the huge property. I want to specially thank Phu Quang for his amazing hospitality. I didn't feel like he is from Sanato, but he was helping me with every small to big things with my trip. Sunset Sanato surely has some great staff and Quang is the best I would say. My family and myself thank the entire team of Sanato for everything.

Fall in love with almost everything with this resort. We stayed for 2 days (Junior Suite Garden View). 1. Only 10 minutes from airport. It is located just right on a beach with beautiful sunset view and picturesque scenery. 2. Professional, polite and friendly staff. We arrived at the resort early (early flight) and the staff did their best to prepare our room. We got our room around 1.00 pm. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. We travelled with an infant and a toddler. The staff have made us feel comfortable and welcomed. 4. The room is nice and clean, exactly like what you see in booking sites. It was top-notch. Overall, it was a great stay!

First of all, the benefits are really great in terms of price. I highly recommend it to people who are traveling as a large family. It also cleans up every day and is very nice in terms of cleanliness. And all the staff members tried to respond to my request immediately and quickly. In particular, an employee named Tien Tien was the most helpful person in my trip. I'm having a great trip because he cared about the transportation and ticketing for a large family!

Sang, the manager, and most of all the staff in the resort were really really helpful & supportive to our group. Our group had some problems with the transportation hence the check in to the hotel as well as many other small little things became messy. But Sang & the team there was so supportive and made us feel warm by their care & extra service with heart. thanks so much guys. Sure we come back and see you guys next time
